New Year...

Ever so slightly late, but M did a 'New Year' themed post, so i will follow suit with an excited post about how SUPER 2012 is set to be..

STARTING with the BBC's televised adaptation of Sebastian Faulk's 'Birdsong', featuring Eddie Redmayne and Clemence Posey. Can we wait? NO WE CANNOT. Definitely go out and read it before you watch it. Standard Rule.

THEN Stephen Chbosky's novel 'Perks of being a wallflower' is being transformed to film format, BY the novelist himself. Cast features Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, and Ezra Miller! Trailer yet to be released...

If THAT wasn't enough, we have Baz Luhrmann's 'The Great Gatsby', with Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan! Heyah suave!

AND to top it all off it's the 200th birthday of Mr. Dickens, and so everyone is going Dickens mad. The BBC televised 'Great Expectations' at the end of 2011, which was FANTASTIC and starred the beautiful Douglas Booth as Pip, but in 2012 we can look forward to the film, featuring Helena Bonham Carter, Ralph Fiennes, Jeremy Irvine, Robbie Coltrane and Ben Lloyd Hughes.

So much excitement, i can hardly WAIT,
